About This Listing
Large modern three storey house with pool and north facing front deck with city views, within 5km of Brisbane CBD. Quiet suburb and street with large parks near and along the Brisbane River, including a large dog park. Cafes across the road and within walking distance of the house. Public Transport - bus within 1 minute, and trains within 5 minute walk.
Dogs are welcome only if they are fully house trained and kept off all furniture and carpeted areas. All evidence of dogs having stayed must be removed on departure. This includes all dog hair, and all waste from anywhere on the property, to be disposed of into sealed bags and either taken away or well sealed and into the bin. Bond refund will be dependent on this.
Price is set for minimum weekly bookings. More than 8 guests will incur additional costs- $150 per person/stay.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Main bedroom (King bed) is on top floor (3rd level) with walk in robe and ensuite. There is a landing off this room which has a small privacy screen. It has a single bed.
The next level comprises the main living area, kitchen, large north facing deck with city views.
The lower level comprises 3 bedrooms- one with double and single beds, and two with queen beds.There is a bathroom and second living area with double sofa bed on this level. There is accommodation for 8 adults and extra beds for adults or children.
The main lounge has large tv with foxtel (sports and entertainment) and Netflix. There is also a tv in the main bedroom and a tv in the downstairs lounge.
There is a lovely pool at the back of the house. This area is fenced. There is no grassy area other than the footpath.
I have STRICT NOISE CONDITIONS . This is a quiet neighbourhood with excellent neighbours. You must agree to leave the pool area by 9pm and no externally audible noise after 10pm on the front deck or throughout the house. Please take this into consideration before you book this house, as bond refund is dependent on these conditions having been adhered to. Thank you.
